Policy

Opening Hours

  • Sunday – Thursday: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM

  • Friday & Saturday: 5:15 PM – 10:30 PM
    (Closing time reflects last kitchen orders. Only desserts may be ordered after closing time.)

Dining Rules

  • Last food orders must be placed before closing.

  • After closing, only dessert orders may be placed and must be made within 10 minutes of the last main being served.

  • Guests are expected to treat all staff with respect at all times. Any form of rudeness, aggression, or abuse towards staff will not be tolerated.

  • For safety reasons, children must remain seated during service. Running, wandering, or playing around the restaurant is not permitted.

  • Shouting or screaming by children is not allowed, as it disrupts the experience for other guests and can be unsafe.

  • Dietary requests & allergens: While we cater to most dietary requirements, please note that traces of allergens may still be present due to shared kitchen facilities.

Booking & Seating Policy

  • Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the booking time. If guests arrive later than this, the table may be released and deposits may be forfeited.

  • During peak periods, a 1.5-hour dining time limit applies to all bookings.

Minimum Spend

  • Groups of 7 guests or more (à la carte menu):

    • Adults – $50 minimum spend per person

    • Children (3–11 years) – $30 minimum spend per child

  • Children under 3 years:

    • No minimum spend

    • Baby food is welcome for children aged 2 years and under.

Payments & Charges

  • Split bills are not available – one bill per table applies.

  • Weekend surcharge: 10% applies on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Public Holiday surcharge: 15% applies.

  • Card payments: All credit and debit card transactions incur a card processing surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

  • For standard reservations (under 10 guests): We ask that any cancellation be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking. For no-shows or late cancellations, a fee of $40 per person will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • For large group reservations (tables of 10 or more): We ask that any cancellation be made at least 7 days priorto your booking. For no-shows or late cancellations, a fee of $50 per person will be charged to the credit card on file.

External Food & Drinks

  • No outside food or drinks are permitted.

  • No BYO (Bring Your Own alcohol) is allowed.

  • Exception: Baby food for children aged 2 years and under.

First Table Policy

  • Minimum purchase of one beverage per diner (tea, coffee, and sparkling water excluded).

  • Bihari boti lamb chops are excluded from the First Table offer.

  • First Table offer cannot be combined with other specials, promotions, or drink offers.

  • Food ordered under First Table is dine-in only (no takeaways).

  • All guests must arrive on time – late arrival forfeits the discount for the entire table.

  • Discount applies only when the whole group is seated at the booked time.

  • First Table bookings cannot be combined (max 1 table of up to 4 diners).
